Pravo partnered with Westlake Country Club to deliver a comprehensive renovation of its four-story, 16,589 sq. ft. clubhouse. The work focused on revitalizing 5,680 sq. ft. of interior space and expanding outdoor dining areas to provide a more functional, welcoming experience for members.

The project included the addition of a new elevator that improves accessibility and circulation across all levels. Pravo also completed a full kitchen and bar remodel to enhance service efficiency and support an elevated dining program. On the fourth floor, the dining area was extended to create more room for daily use and member events. The team also constructed a new deck and roof extension to increase upper-floor patio seating, giving members more open-air space with improved views. Restroom upgrades throughout the building further improved comfort and usability.

Through careful detailing and close collaboration with the design team, Pravo delivered a refreshed clubhouse that honors the original structure while creating spaces that better serve the club’s community for years to come.

The Back Nine is a modern indoor golf simulation venue located at 2023 Airport Blvd in East Austin. Designed for social play and skill development, the space transforms two combined suites within a single-story commercial building into a welcoming and tech-forward golf experience.

Pravo Construction completed a full tenant improvement buildout totaling over 2,400 square feet. Our work included interior framing, electrical and AV integration for simulator bays, a new bar area, custom finishes, and polished concrete flooring. With an open ceiling concept, layered lighting, and specialty finishes throughout, the space strikes a balance between high-performance and relaxed hospitality.

At Sushi Roku in downtown Austin, we’ve brought together traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern design at the vibrant 405 Colorado Street location. Crafted in partnership with the renowned Innovative Dining Group, this space sets a new standard in restaurant aesthetics. We meticulously handled every detail, from custom lighting to the sleek sushi bar, enhancing the exclusive dining experience that Sushi Roku is known for. The largest dance club in downtown Austin! This elite multi-room music venue finished construction in early 2023. It features over 12,000 sf of elevated space and is inspired by a 70s aesthetic and vibe. Combining an exclusive VIP experience and world-class entertainment, it has solidified itself as the premier electronic music venue in ATX. This building was vacant and abandoned for nearly 20 years prior to its reuse. It required an extensive assessment of existing conditions in coordination with the design and engineering teams: new MEP systems, incoming electrical feed, new roof, and interior structural mezzanine. High-end finishes include a massive 40’ long first-floor bar, wood walls and ceilings, a swanky VIP and Green Room, incredible audio and visuals, a massive video wall and acoustical wall paneling, and a stage lighting grid with top-of-the-line AV technology.
