The project transformed the Live Oak Dining Room, ’73 Lounge, Centre Court Café, outdoor gathering spaces, and covered patio amenities. Great Hills Country Club – Clubhouse
The renovation was completed within an active country club environment, requiring phased construction and close coordination to maintain daily operations throughout the project. Scope of work included architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, along with custom millwork, architectural wood ceilings, specialty finishes, upgraded lighting, and new flooring that modernized the clubhouse while respecting its established character.
