Our team, our greatest asset, grew in number and expertise, which led to a 35% increase in revenue. We’re proud to have completed diverse projects encompassing corporate interiors, hospitality, manufacturing, adaptive reuse, property management, and historical preservation.

As Austin continues to experience growth, we’re excited about our city’s evolution and our role within it. Norwood Tower  

Location: Heart of Austin

Project Details: This historic skyscraper required a delicate touch, blending modern amenities with timeless architecture. Our work in several suites has added a new chapter to this iconic building’s story and Pravo’s History.

Sushi Roku  

Location: Downtown Austin

Project Details: Crafting an upscale dining experience, we brought a slice of California’s culinary brilliance to Austin. This Japanese fusion cuisine restaurant now stands as a testament to our commitment to building spaces that aren’t just structures, but experiences.

Superstition Night Club

Location: Riverfront District, Austin

Project Details: This once vacant building, silent for 15 years, is now the heartbeat of Austin’s nightlife. Our team’s dedication shone through as we preserved its historical essence while injecting modern vibes. Standing in the club, we couldn’t help but feel the foundations of our hard work resonating with every beat.

Frontera Crossing  

 Location: Suburban Austin

 Project Details: Modernizing office spaces while enhancing outdoor aesthetics, this project reflected our versatility. It’s a cornerstone in our mission to revitalize spaces for tomorrow’s market.

Shady Side 

Location: East Austin

Project Details: In collaboration with Saxum Real Estate and Tenant Design, we’ve constructed new office spaces, contributing significantly to East Austin’s business district. Notably, we laid the groundwork for Qubika’s HQ, a key player emerging from the Moove-It merger.
