Pravo completed a multi-area renovation at The Brady Residences, a luxury multifamily property in Dallas, transforming amenity and common spaces across multiple levels of the building. The project included updates to the lobby, club and aqua lounges, elevator lobbies, rooftop amenities, paseo, and other shared spaces designed to enhance the resident experience.
Working within an active residential environment, the renovation required careful coordination of existing conditions alongside custom millwork, stone, specialty finishes, decorative lighting, architectural features, and MEP improvements. The completed spaces bring a cohesive, elevated feel throughout the property while reflecting the level of detail and craftsmanship expected within a luxury residential environment.
