A really fun, complex shell buildout in an adaptive reuse building. Preacher’s clients and partners vary in size and range across multiple industries so the space required extreme attention to detail, high versatility and many custom design elements. Some of our favorite components of the project include the recording studios, custom steel and glass conference room wall systems, extensive custom finish carpentry (especially in the client facing spaces) and the open ceilings. Preacher is a really special client and the Pravo team will cherish this relationship.
