CEO
As Pravo’s CEO, with over 10 years of construction experience, Drew’s expertise lie in both operations and project management. Internally, Drew oversees Pravo’s organizational health as a whole from corporate development, financials to project management. Externally, he leverages his construction experience and attention to detail to ensure quality project delivery and values fostering strong client relationships. As a Texan, Drew has deep roots in the construction industry and a long history of successful partnerships with landlords, brokers, architects and subcontractors throughout the state.
Travis Hofmann
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
As one of Pravo’s Owners and a Lead Superintendent with over 10 years of experience, Travis manages all on site project aspects from quality control and scheduling to permitting and safety, while maintaining a high level of safety and subcontractor management. Additionally, he facilitates a cohesive project team by effectively communicating and managing expectations with all parties involved. Travis has completed many successful projects from high-end tenant improvement to multi-family developments.
Russ Murphy
COO
As Pravo’s Chief Operating Officer, Russ Murphy oversees company operations and strategic growth, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in real estate development and construction. He previously served as COO at York Construction and co-founded Aspen Heights, where he helped deliver over $1 billion in high-end residential and multifamily projects nationwide. Russ holds a B.S.B.A. in Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas and is a certified Professional in Human Resources. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene and spending time with his family.
Chase Netherton
CFO
As Pravo’s Chief Financial Officer, Chase Netherton oversees all financial operations, ensuring precision and accountability in every aspect of the company’s financial management. A licensed CPA in Texas (#119650) and Arkansas (#10089), Chase brings over five years of public accounting experience to the team. He is an active member of the Austin Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), reflecting his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry standards. Outside of work, Chase enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
A.J. Fichera
CMO
A.J. Fichera is the Chief Marketing Officer at Pravo and heads up our areas of strategic marketing, creative direction, and branding. His 15-years of industry experience extends from merchandising and digital to advertising and branding, from a range of medium-size companies to international merchandising firms. A.J.’s background in design and art direction equip him with the knowledge to produce innovative and effective visual solutions that connect with Pravo, our partners, and wider commercial construction community. He’s a classically trained creative, graduating with a BFA in Visual Communications from the University of Arizona.
Tommy Carroll
Project Manager
Tommy excels at coordinating daily project operations and ensuring alignment between field teams and client goals. Known for his strong communication skills, he fosters trust among clients, property managers, and subcontractors. His experience spans projects with intricate design details, sophisticated MEP systems, and challenging existing conditions. With a sharp focus on scheduling, procurement, and quality control, Tommy helps ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Tanner Shearer
Project Manager
Tanner is a project manager with over nine years of experience leading the construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of commercial structures — including both ground-up developments and interior build-outs. He has successfully managed over $80 million in tenant improvement projects, with a focus on lab spaces, healthcare environments, and Class A office interiors. Known for his precision and leadership, Tanner brings technical expertise in BIM 360 and Ariba, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results through each stage of construction.
